Description
This pasta making class in Florence takes place in a school built for cooking, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral. For two hours, professional Italian chefs show you, step by step, how to make fresh pasta by hand, while Tuscan wine keeps flowing as long as you like.
You learn the traditional techniques behind ravioli, tagliatelle and maltagliati, with recipes drawn from Tuscan tradition. All ingredients and equipment are provided, so you just arrive hungry.
- Fresh handmade pasta, made by you
- Unlimited Tuscan wine
- Italian panna cotta for dessert
- Coffee from the traditional moka pot, served in a ritual meant to be shared and photographed
Afterwards a reserved digital lounge opens for you, with the recipes to download, video recipes, photos of the class and a personalised certificate of participation. An Italian souvenir gadget comes home with you as well.
One thing to check before booking: the class is not suitable for people with gluten or lactose intolerance.
