Description
With Uffizi Gallery skip-the-line tickets you walk in on a timed, priority entry and head straight to the art. You decide how to see it: on your own with a multilingual audio guide, in a small-group tour, or with a private guide.
Giorgio Vasari drew up the building for Florence's magistrates, whose offices it housed in the 1500s. Its galleries now hold canvases by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael and Caravaggio.
- Botticelli: the Birth of Venus and Primavera
- Caravaggio: Medusa
- Raphael: Madonna del Cardellino
- Rembrandt: several self-portraits
The audio guide is a digital one and works through the POP GUIDE app, which you should download before you arrive; staff give you your login at the meeting point. Bring your own headphones. Guided options include a professional guide and headsets.
Everyone passes a security check, which can take 15 to 20 minutes at busy times. Enter the full names exactly as on your ID, since tickets with wrong names may be refused, and carry a passport or ID. The visit lasts roughly 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the option.
