Uffizi Small Group Tour: Reading Art, Vasari Option

Many visitors cross the Uffizi and leave with photos. This small group Uffizi tour, capped at nine guests, is for people who want to grasp what they see. The guide shows how symbols, composition and emotion express power, belief and beauty, and dwells on the works that define Florence rather than rushing through every room.

With reserved timed entry, you meet the key masterpieces of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Raphael and Caravaggio, at a pace that leaves space for questions. Headsets are used when required.

You pick one of two experiences:

• The Uffizi tour, about two hours, ends inside the museum, where you may keep exploring alone
• The Uffizi plus Vasari Corridor, about three hours, goes on through the elevated Medici passage and finishes outside, near the Grotta del Buontalenti, without returning to the museum

Tickets carry the visitor's name, which must match the passport or ID exactly. The Corridor cannot be added on the day, and the tour does not suit wheelchair users or people with mobility impairments.
